Do you keep a large inventory and how long will it take before my product ships?
We maintain one the largest truck accessory inventories in the area, and try to keep plenty of stock on everything we list in our online store. In most cases, your product will ship the same day if we receive your order early enough, and if not more than likely the following day.


If I have installation questions is there someone I can contact?
Yes, send an e-mail to our customer support department and we will be happy to assist you.

How do I know you received my order?
We will respond with an e-mail confirming your order with all the details. We will also send you a confirmation when your order has shipped.

What if I want to return my purchase?
If the product you purchased is defective, contact us and we will instruct you as to what needs to be done. ( replacement / refund or what ever ).
Within 10 days if the product you purchased is not what you thought you were buying or you changed your mind, we will be happy to allow you to return any item that is unused and still packaged in the original box. We have a restocking charge and you will be required to pay the return freight. Contact us for details at such time.

How does the Access Roll-up Cover or LiteRider work?
Simply release the auto-latch and roll the cover to the front of your pickup. The bars and bows are attached to the cover and roll up with it. Once the cover is rolled up to the back of the cab, secure it with the quick release straps. To close the cover, simply roll it back to the tailgate, over-center the roll-up/tensioning bar into the strikes and the auto-latch holds it securely in place. For additional security, push the slide-locks into place. Then, seal the sides with your hand.

What is the difference between the Access Roll-up Cover and the LiteRider?
Both covers offer the same great roll-up style design. The LiteRider is our standard model and the Access Roll-up Cover is our premium model. The Access Roll-up Cover comes with a thumb dial direct tension adjustment, super heavy duty cover, and 1-1/2" side sealing system. It is our best seller. The LiteRider has thumb dial tension adjusters, a Heavy-Duty cover and a 1" side sealing system. The material is tougher and stronger than any other cover made. However the Access Cover is even stronger. The Access Roll-up Cover has been manufactured since 1988 and is "the proven truck cover that keeps working for you™".

Can I get toolbox edition in the LiteRider?
No, it is only offered in the access cover series.

Why are the ACCESS & LiteRider Roll-up Tonneau Covers the tightest made?
For a few reasons: 1. Angled Roll-up Bar: The unique roll-up bar over-centers into the strikes, pulling the cover tight from front to rear. Giving you the tightest soft cover made. Plus the cover is wrapped around the anodized aluminum roll-up bar for better styling and a tight seal over the tailgate. 2. Adjustable Tension: The tension adjusters allow you to fine tune the cover tension with the turn of a dial. Giving you control over your cover tension, not the weather. No tools are needed. Just turn the dial to tighten your cover and feel good knowing you have the tightest cover made.

Will the Access Roll-up Cover or LiteRider keep my pickup bed dry?
Our covers are waterproof and our rails come with a closed cell gasket attached to the sides. However, your tailgate is not sealed like your doors. We suggest that you purchase the optional TrailSeal Tailgate Gasket for that. On some pickup models the stake pockets may need to be covered.

Does the Access or LiteRider Roll-up Cover increase my gas mileage?
With the Access or LiteRider in the closed position, your pickup's aerodynamics are improved, which can result in increased mileage and handling.

Are the Access Roll-up Cover & LiteRider Lockable?
The Access and LiteRider Roll-up Covers come with slide-locks. The optional tailgate lock is needed to lock the tailgate.

Will the Access Cover or LiteRider shrink in the cold or stretch in the heat?
Our material is flexible at 40 below and is stretch and shrink resistant. The actual material is rip stop nylon weave with a vinyl coating. It tightens in the sun and relaxes in the shade.

Will the Access Cover or LiteRider work with other accessories such as bed liners, bed caps, bed rails, toolboxes, and cab spoilers?
Special toolbox Access Cover models are available for late model full size pickups. The Access cover or LiteRider have a Specially Engineered Slanted (angled) Rail Design delivering more function and style. It is Accessory Friendly- allowing plenty of room for bed rails, while still allowing you room to seal the cover. Easier Operation-The slanted design makes opening and closing the cover easier and longer lasting. The heavy-duty rails are durable and the Sleek Appearance contours to the design of the truck bed. Plus if you like accessories check out the all new CargoBox. It is designed specifically for pickup trucks with Access or LiteRider Covers.

What size toolbox will the Access Toolbox Edition work with?
This cover will fit most 20"-21" over-the-rail style toolboxes and comes with all the features of the Access Roll-up Cover. Each kit includes a sealing header bar adaptable for most 20"-21" over-the-rail toolboxes.

How does the Access Cover or LiteRider install?
They install with clamps. A professional installer can install our covers in about 10 minutes. However, plan about 10-45 minutes at home depending on your experience and model. The units are package for a fast easy at home installation with clamps specifically designed for the covers and your pickup.

Can I install my Access Cover or LiteRider?

Can I adjust the tension of the Access Cover or LiteRider?
YES, The direct dial tension adjusters allow you to fine tune the cover tension with the turn of a dial. Giving you control over your cover tension, not the weather. No tools are needed. Plus there are no moving parts to fail or springs to corrode.

How long will the cover material last?
The life expectancy is determined by how well you take care of it. The Access Cover material heavy-duty and double coated. It is the most expensive. It is tougher, more durable and proven than any other cover. The LiteRider Cover material is tough as well. The LiteRider material is still tough. Just note as tough as the Access material. However, how you care for the cover, will determine just how long it will last. We suggest that you use PPC Formula 2 Cleaner/Protectant to increase the longevity of your cover.

How long will the side hook & loop sealing system last?
It has been tested and proven to provide years of service in all four seasons. It is tested - proven - and guaranteed.

Will the Access Cover or LiteRider work with 5th Wheels?
YES. Simply roll up the cover to the front of your truck and secure it with the quick release straps.

How does the SnowSport™ Install to my vehicle?
The SnowSport™ personal utility plow hooks up the the front receiver (2" square tube) hitch just like hooking up a receiver on a hitch used at the rear of a vehicle for towing trailers.

Is a front receiver hitch needed?
Yes, and it is included with the plow package along with instructions to install it.

How difficult is it to install the hitch and plow?
The front end hitches are designed to bolt in place on most models - sometimes certain models my require drilling. The instructions are clear cut. The front receiver hitch is mounted to the vehicle and the push frame is plugged into the front receiver hitch. The plow simply hangs on the push frame.

Can I install the SnowSport™ Plow myself?
YES, the instructions are clear cut. If you do need assistance, call 1-800-233-4655 between 9-5pm CST. Our customers overwhelmingly say "it was simple and easy to install". The front hitch varies from vehicle to vehicle. Plan about 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on your level of experience. The plow is attached in minutes by plugging in the push frame and attaching the plow to it.

How is the SnowSport™ Plow shipped?
It is shipped via common carrier in three boxes. The plow box, push frame box, and receiver hitch box.

How easy is the SnowSport™ Plow to hookup or unhook between jobs?
It's very easy. Just insert the push frame into the front receiver hitch and secure with pin. Then hang the blade one end at a time onto the push frame (can be done in less than a minute). Unhooking is just a easy.

How do you switch from transporting to plowing or from plowing to transporting?
The operator must manually unhook the plow and lower it for plowing. For transporting simply lift the blade, one side at a time, onto the push frame.

How can the SnowSport™ Plow operate without hydraulics?
The blade is secured by the push frame. As you push the snow, the blade travels up and down as needed by gravity. The rubber cutting edge is designed to cut through the snow but pass over the harder ground surfaces below and be gentle on grass. When you back up, the blade automatically lays back, skimming over the surface. Then you drive forward and the blade re-engages for plowing.

How well does the rubber cutting edge and box ends hold up & how long will they last?
The rubber cutting edge is 1" think 6" high - made of a hard rubber compound. This has been tested and proven to provide years of service. It can be replaced relatively inexpensively.

What is the warranty?
The plow has a 1-year limited warranty. See the owner's manual for details.

Can I move the SnowSport from one vehicle to another?
Yes, the plow can be easily transferred to another vehicle; all you need is a front receiver hitch.

Is the SnowSport™ available for my vehicle?
It is available for most late model pickups and SUV's. Click here for a listing of vehicles it is available for.

How much does the plow weigh?
The aluminum blade is about 110 lbs. The complete kit with blade, push frame, and hitch is about 225 lbs.

What is the BedRug made from?
A marine grade carpet which is flame bonded to a closed cell foam. This insures there is no glue to delaminate.

If the BedRug gets dirty can I wash it?
Yes, your BedRug is designed to be washed using normal soap and water. You can do this with a garden hose or high pressure washer. The material is designed so gasoline, acids, solvents and other chemicals will not dry out or dissolve the material in any way.

How does the tailgate piece fit/install?
The tailgate piece is attached to the floor of the BedRug and extends to the top of the tailgate and attaches with hook and loop fasteners.

How does the BedRug install?
This is a simple installation and usually takes about 1/2 hour. The sides zip together and the main unit attaches to the floor with fasteners similar to Velcro.

How long is the BedRug warranty?
It has a limited lifetime warranty for the life of the original truck it was installed in to the original owner.

Is it hard to install a powered tailgate lock?
This usually takes less than 1 hour depending on your technical ability. The lock installs to the rear tailgate and a wire is run under the truck and ties in with your automatic door locks. There is not cutting or fabrication required but this might be a difficult installation for someone without the proper skills. You can talk to the manufacture if you have any questions about its ease. Their number is 800-342-5911

Is it hard to install a keyed tailgate lock?
Most installations are very simple and can be done in only a few minutes.
